Q: Can I assemble my bike by myself? A: Yes, You can, if you have some knowledge and previous experience it should be easy for you. We will need some basic tools to do this. It takes up to 30 minutes to complete the assembling process.

Please be careful when fitting both pedals, once you have found the right and left pedals , for the right pedal it is clock wise twisting towards the front wheel. For the left pedal it is anti-clock wise, also towards the front wheel.

Q: How many gears the fixed gear bikes have? A: All fixed gear bikes have one single speed gear. All our fixed gear bikes fitted with two single speed gears on the both side of the rear Hub.

Operation side we use a single speed freewheel, and the other side a single speed fixed gear. If you want your fixed gear operation, you can just take the rear wheel off and flip it over to use the fixed gear. Q: What is the maximum speed of our electric bikes? A: All our electric bikes are 25KM/Hour speed compliance. We will then supply instructions how to do that.

Q: Why my e-bikes power cuts off often? A: Yes, when the bike reached its maximum speed and the sensor will automatically cut the power off, so that the speed limit is maintained. Also PAS Pedal assistance so the power will automatically back once you have started pedalling the bike.
