Wheels are Rolf Vector Pro fitted with 700c Open Tubulars to replicate the team issue wheelset. This bike changed cycling history in 1999 with Lance Armstrong & US Postal Service bringing Trek and Shimanos new equipment to innovate and challenge the Italian dominance.
