2020 Trek Checkpoint ALR 5 56cm Gravel Bike Cyclocross Bicycle

  

Frame is a 56cm suitable for riders between 58 and 511. The bike is used but in good condition. There are a few marks and scratches to the frame from a years use of road and gravel riding which I have tried to show in the pictures as best I can. The bike spec is completely standard as from Trek with a Shimano 105 11 speed groupset, 34/50t chainrings and an 11-34t cassette. The chain has been regularly changed to minimise wear on the chainrings and cassette and is currently running a KMC 11 speed chain thats had around a months use.

Brakes are Shimano 105 hydraulic discs with a fresh set of brake pads front and rear just fitted. Great bike that rolls along almost as quick as a road bike but but lets you turn onto the trails and get away from the traffic.

I have used 32mm slicks on the road and 35 and 40mm cross and gravel tyres off-road and the bike rides brilliantly with any setup. It currently has Bontrager GR1 team issue 700 x 35c tyres fitted. Full length mudguard eyelets as well as rack and multiple bottle cage mounts mean its ready for any bike packing adventure. The bike also has Trek Stranglehold adjustable dropouts for wheelbase adjustment or setting the bike up as a singlespeed.
