Vintage Roelewiel Bicycle Black Needs Some Work. I do not know much about this bike. The mud guard on the back wheel is bent and touching against the tyre, the back wheel is also turnt towards the frame and the tyre is rubbing there also. There is no breaks on this bike it is very bare bones. There is spots of rust through out, it looks like it's just affect the surface.
